Customer reviews of the Best Western Cairns Hotel
"A very unfriendly welcome
"
"I arrived for the first time in australia travelling alone at 11 pm, and
was inevitably feeling very nervous. I arrived to find the hotel door
locked and I rang the door bell and hammered on the door for 20 minutes.
No one answered and I was obviously extremely anxious. After 30 minutes
a lady appeared and was shouting abusively at me for making too much
noise. She was extremely rude, and made my arrival in australia an
unpleasant one. She then checked me in and argued with me that she had
given me my room key, when in fact it was still on the shelf behind her.
" The best thing about Best Western Cairns was:"Tea and coffee making facilities
" The worst thing about Best Western Cairns was:"Very rude welcome from the night staff on duty
