"Very clean and comfortable, room was very large and lovely balcony
overlooking pool. However it was a long walk into town and right on
flight path or airport.

The best thing about Tropical Queenslander was:"The apacious room
"
The worst thing about Tropical Queenslander was: "Noise of aircraft and distance from town

"Good Accomodation" |
|
"I stayed here in April and was given a family room. The room was fully equipped and if a family could have easily self catered.
The room was airconditioned and very spacious and good value.
I liked the restuarant which was located at the sister hotel a hundred yards away.
I was only in Cairns for two nights but would have been happy to have stayed longer.
The reception staff were very friendly and patient especially as my hearing was affected by the combination of a flight from Brisbane and a slight cold.
I booked the hotel on the internet and the price included a cooked breakfast which is bought separately would have been 16 dollars.
