"On arrival at this nice looking hotel in the area we wanted close to
Coogee we were informed that despite our confirmation of our booking the
hotel was full and we had been transfered to the Leisure Inn at Kings
Cross (the nightclub/red light district of Sydney) as you can imagine we
were very dissapointed and cross. This also appeared to be an inferior
hotel to the Coogee Medina and more for back packers despite costing
£100 per night. We are stil awaiting a return phone call from
yourselves also to sort out the re-imbursement of the difference in
hotel costs and taxi fare
