Lake St Clair Wilderness Lodge is the only development allowed in the Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park. The Lodge features private cabins nestled among the trees in their own private enclave beside the lake. There is a central Lodge area with an interpretation centre and visitor information centre. The Lodge has Alpine timber cabins with ensuites, wood heaters, lounge room, kitchenettes and mezzanine bedrooms. The cabins feature extensive use of local timbers.

Lake St Clair Wilderness Lodge is located 5 kilometres from the Derwent Bridge Village, inside the pristine beauty of the World Heritage Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park. It is located halfway between Hobart (180 kilometres) and Queenstown. The lake stretches 17 kilometres into the national park. The Lodge is located in the heart of the rugged beauty and breath taking scenery of the national park. It is the perfect place to relax and rejuivenate before or after the 80 kilometre long Overland Track or a base to take any number of shorter bushwalks or to experience Tasmania's wilderness.

Children 5-14 years pay child rate. Under 5 years are free of charge. Maximum 6-8 people.
