| Description of the Johann Strauss Hotel |
The Classically styled Johann Strauss offers a traditional family run hotel that was built at the turn of the century. The style is Belle époque, with Klimt and Chiler paintings gracing the public areas and soft classical music (mostly Strauss) adding an extra feel of authenticity. Many of the city's famous landmarks are within easy walking distance of the hotel, whilst even more convenient is the metro link just across the road giving quick and easy access to many of Vienna's bustling districts. The bedrooms are generally spacious and well appointed with comfortable surroundings. This hotel is a popular choice and is a good all encompassing hotel suiting most tastes.
