Description of the Minu 3 Hotel
The Pension Minu 3 offers simple and clean accommodation that offers both value for money complimented by a superb central location. The benefit being more money for you to spend on the wealth of shops and restaurants on the hotel's doorstep! Pension Minu 3 is family run and the Ilbeygui family are very proud of their establishment which attracts a number of returning guests regulalry. Each room is decorated differently in style and offers spacious rooms, which although well appointed, can be considered a little dated. The hotel is clean and consists of 30 rooms within a construction of two buildings that have been internally adjoined. The size of the hotel is quite deceiving; from the main street a large doorway denotes the hotel which via a flight of stairs leads up to the reception area and subsequently the rooms and restaurant. A great choice for those travelling on a budget break or shopping bonanza!
Restaurant:-
Breakfast is served in the hotel's own restaurant (opened at the management's discretion) which offers a number of Middle Eastern and Austrian dishes. Breakfast served daily and is a modest buffet style.
Families:-
Some rooms are particularly large and can sleep up to four persons. 3rd beds are often standard beds whilst 4th beds are sofa bed style.

2 mins. from U3 underground station, a number of shops and eateries directly outside the hotel whilst 2-3 mins walk also brings you to "MariahilferStrasse" one of the city's best shopping streets with a wealth of every store you could wish for.

U3 underground station 3-4 mins. walk, bus stops are also within a 2 mins. walk
From the airport:-
Taxi from airport direct to Minu3 c. 30-35 Euros, 30 mins. CAT train from airport to Landstrasse / Wien Mitte 5 Euros, U3 to Neubaugasse c. 1.50 Euros. (3-4mins. walk)
Room facilities:-
All rooms differ in style and size. Most rooms have double though some are with twin. Storage space can often be good and most rooms have a small fan and mini fridge to enable people to store their own refreshments and light snacks. All rooms are non-smoking; smoking areas are available along corridors at small lounge areas.
