| Built in 2005, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 230 rooms spread over 11 floors of which 12 are suites, 9 are apartments, 10 are single rooms and 199 are double rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a safe, lifts, a café, a small supermarket, shops, a hairdresser's salon, a TV room, a public Internet terminal and a children's playground. The air-conditioned restaurant invites guests to stop off for a bite to eat and room, laundry and medical services round off the services on offer. |

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Sunny Beach directly by the Black Sea. Shopping venues, restaurants, bars, pubs and links to the public transport network lie in front of the hotel. The beach is some 200 m from the hotel.
