This resort is nestled on 1.6 km of waterfront on 300 acres of mountainside parkland along the shores of Lake Okanagan and is located only 20 minutes from downtown Kelowna in British Columbia. Lake Okanagan with its beach and forest is just 10 m from the hotel. Restaurants, bars and pubs can all be found in the vicinity and there are shopping facilities at Orchard Park Mall which can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Prospera Place and City Park are both 230 m from the hotel.

All guestrooms have a queen-size or king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa in living room, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (refrigerator, oven, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine, iron and ironing board) and private balcony with lake or mountain view. In addition the rooms have a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, HiFi system, Internet access and individually regulated heating and air conditioning units.

The choices of activities are endless. The hotel provides facilities including tennis, basketball, volleyball, golf, a gym, walking trails, horseback riding, a private beach and Beyond Wrapture Day Spa. The hotel has 3 pools including one for children and there is also a poolside snack bar and deck chairs. The hotel has a Jacuzzi, sauna and solarium and offers massage and other health treatments. Water sports such as water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, rowing and canoeing are also available. Activity programmes for both adults and children can also be enjoyed by guests. The Big White Ski Hill skiing region is a mere 800 m from the hotel.

When coming from Kelowna International Airport go West on Highway 97. Follow Highway 97 west through Kelowna over the floating bridge. Take a right (North) onto Westside road. Continue until you see the Resort on the right hand side of the road.
