This is the stuff that dreams are made of, highly located amidst a nest of greenery and overlooking the Saguenay Fjord is where Auberges Des Batteures can be found. Open to nature, bright and uplifting, to come here is to forget everything and simply be "at one" with nature. The rooms have been styled to blend with the surroundings to give that "back to nature feeling" and built mostly in wood. Many of the rooms are equipped with a balcony to really maximise on the clean crisp air. All this combined with a great restaurant offering creative cuisine (2007 Regional Grand Prix du Tourisme Award) and a very warm reception from the friendly staff. The surrounding area gives you the chance to explore the National Park, kayak, ice fish and a whole lot more! A stunning choice and a must for a complementing visiting Quebec city.

| Restaurant:- | The hotel's restaurant is one of the focal points of the L'auberge, offering great gastronomy food and wine and amidst natural surroundings. The restaurant opens daily for breakfast from 7am - 10am and then for evening dinner from 6am - 8pm. |

From Quebec Airport (YQB) : reach Autoroute 40 East / Autoroute 73 North by the Wilfrid Hamel Boulevard follow the Autoroute 73 North and follow the exit Chicoutimi / Alma by Autoroute 73 North which becomes Provincial Secondary Route 175 North till Chicoutimi, when you arrive to Chicoutimi, take the Provincial Secondary Route 170 East to La Baie, cross the town of La Baie on the 170 East (call Boulevard de la Grande Baie in the town) the hotel is located 5 minutes after the town on the 170 East. |
