| Opened in 2005, the complex comprises a total of 6 apartments spread across a main and a neighbouring building. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a reception desk, safes, a currency exchange desk and a fax service. The amenities also include a café, a small supermarket, shops, a nightclub as well as a breakfast and dining room. A bar and a restaurant are to be found in the tower with 360° panoramic views. There are room and laundry services as well as medical assistance available. A garage is available to guests. |

The hotel is situated on a hillside 400 m above sea level. From the rooms and the terrace guests may enjoy impressive views of the village and sea. The nearest beach is approximately 5 minutes away on foot. The centre of Nicoya with its countless restaurants, bars and further entertainment venues is 200 m away.

| Room description: |
Two of the apartments span 92 m², the other four are 79 m². The apartments comprise an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed or king-size bed as well as a living room with a sofa bed. Another single bed is to be found in the small room, which may also be used (on request). Also to be found within the apartments are a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, an Internet connection, a washing machine, a hire safe as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, mixer and other kitchen utensils. A desk and freestanding lamp are to be found in the lounge room. A terrace or balcony with a large dining table and wicker chairs also feature within the apartments.

Breakfast is available to guests each morning. In the evenings guests may dine à la carte or chose from the set menu.

The hotel grounds feature a tropical garden with a new swimming pool area (400 m²) and a children's paddling pool. From the pool and sun terrace, guests may enjoy the panoramic views of the sea. It is also possible to go diving, canoeing and cycling.
