| The hotel was built in 1984 and consists of a total of 139 rooms on 6 floors. The welcoming lobby has a 24-hour reception, as well as a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. In addition, there is a supermarket, Internet access, a games room and a TV room as well as a conference room available. The café, a BBQ bar and the 2 restaurants, one of which is fitted with air conditioning and has a non-smoking area with children's highchairs, are ideal places to relax and enjoy a fabulous meal. Due to its slightly raised location the hotel enjoys a stunning view over Ayia Napa and the coast. |

This appealing, popular hotel is separated from the long, sandy beach by just a road. It takes a mere 10 minutes walk away to reach the nearby tourist centre. There is also a bus stop in the hotel's immediate proximity. There are scores of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs in the centre of Ayia Napa. Larnaca international airport is approximately 45 km from the hotel.

The congenial, spacious en suite rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, air conditioning, central heating and a direct dial telephone. Further facilities include a radio, satellite/ cable TV, a room safe and a minibar (fridges are available for a small additional charge). Furthermore, every room has its own balcony with a view of the sea or of the resort itself.

A buffet is available at breakfast and in the evening. Lunch may be selected from a set menu or taken à la carte. In addition, the hotel also caters for guests with special dietary requirements. Guests may book an all-inclusive stay.

The evening entertainment programme is rich, varied and enjoyable, varying from folklore shows to Barbecues to Italian nights and so on. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the sea means that the hotel offers a varied water sports programme. Banana boats, water skis, jet skis, motorboats, diving equipment, surfing, wind surfing, sailing, catamarans, canoes or pedalos are all available. Within the hotel's grounds itself there is a varied and exciting programme on offer. The pool area has its own snack bar and complimentary sun loungers and parasols. For an additional fee, a sauna, the steam room and a massage service are available. There is a floodlit tennis court, table tennis bats, a pool table and a gym with complimentary aerobics classes on offer for sports enthusiasts.
