| Description of the Marina Hotel |
| This air-conditioned beach hotel is owned and managed by a family and offers guests a modern, casual and friendly atmosphere. It is decorated with bright Mediterranean colours in the public areas and comprises a total of 131 guest rooms. Personal and friendly service is provided by local staff, who have been working in the hotel for many years. There is an abundance of plants in the public areas, as well as in the big garden. Part of the area around the pool is shaded by large trees and there is a children's playground on the premises. Further facilities include an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a bar, a games room, a TV room and a restaurant. There are also conference facilities, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services, cycle hire, a kids' club and parking for those arriving by car. |

The hotel is located in the tourist resort of Ayia Napa, approximately 800 m from the centre. It is set in a quiet area, next to other hotels and some shops and restaurants, but away from the noise of downtown Ayia Napa. It is situated on a hill with some very pleasant views. The sandy beach is some 300 m away.

Rooms offer centrally regulated air conditioning, a fully fitted bathroom with a bathtub, a satellite TV, a radio, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a double bed, a balcony and a sea or land view. They are modern and functional, decorated with bright, cheerful colours and carpeting.

There is a large swimming pool for adults and smaller one for children, along with a small gym, garden chess, table tennis, a tennis court (fee for flood lights), electronic games and billiards (both for a fee) and massages on request, for a fee. Guests will find refreshments at the poolside snack bar and there is a terrace for sunbathing, complete with parasols. There is no daytime entertainment programme but evening entertainment is provided 2-3 evenings per week.

| How to get there: |
From Larnaca Airport take the motorway to Paralimni - Ayia Napa. At the end of the motorway turn off towards Ayia Napa and then towards Cape Greco. The hotel is on the right-hand side, about 1 km ahead.
