"Hotel is in an excellent location in the old town. Rooms are very clean
and beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfasts are excellent and the
adjoining pub is reasonably priced for food and drink.
Tallinn is a
walking city and we did not use transport other than from and to
airport. Bus Number 2 runs twice an hour from outside the airport and
drops you in the new town outside shopping centre. About 5-10 minute
walk to hotel.
Paid £1.50 per pint for local beer although imported
brands are the same price. Only paid £10 total in the evenings for
shared starter, 2 main courses and 2 drinks. Good places to eat are the
Beer Hall and Kompressor student bar (absolutely fantastic, huge savoury
and sweet pancakes for £2.50).
Hell Hunt, the oldest pub in Tallinn
is also worth a visit. Beer plates with assorted food to share are ideal
for about £4.
Tallin is very compact, pretty and well worth a
visit.

"Excellent value in an excellent location" |

"The hotel is situated in the old town and can be reached using the city
bus from the airport. If you've heavy luggage agree the cab fare before
you get in. The hotel has some rooms with fantastic views over part of
the old town. Rooms are comfortabe but have no tea and coffe making
facilities.
Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite
All the
central places of interest are within easy walking distance, the tourist
bus stop is is very near (150m).
The Tallincard is really good value
but you need to carefully select the day you buy the card and check
opening times. "

"Just inside the Old Town walls in the capital, this Hotel is ideally
situated for shopping or social. A good clean modern hotel well
maintained with helpfull staff. "
