The apartments include a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher and a direct dial telephone, Internet access (charges apply), satellite/ cable TV, a coffee machine, an iron and ironing board as well as individually adjustable heating and a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard. The standard studios are around 20 m², and the large studios are 27 m². All lodgings offer modern and comfortable style.

The reception is closed on public holidays as well as on Sundays. Guests arriving outside these times should telephone the reception directly to obtain the access codes.
