The hotel is located in the heart of Lourdes, a short walk from the Sanctuary. The town centre is just a 5-minute walk away, with its bars, parks and shopping venues, all within a 10-minute radius. There is a bus and train station directly in front of the hotel, giving guests quick and easy access to the numerous places of interest to be found in the surrounding area. Lourdes Forest is a 5-minute drive away and Lourdes Lake is 10 minutes away by car. Tarbes - Lourdes Pyrenees Airport is about 10 km away and Toulouse - Blagnac International Airport is approximately 150 km from the hotel.

All rooms are extremely comfortable and fully renovated. Some of the rooms on the garden side give guests a splendid view of the mountains. Each comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone, a satellite TV, automatic wake-up call service, Internet access, WIFI, tea and coffee-making facilities, an iron and ironing board, a double bed, heating and air conditioning, an electronic safe and either a balcony or a terrace.

Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet. There are two restaurants offering inventive and regional dishes, open every day for lunch and dinner.

There is a sun terrace with a view of the Pyrenees, as well as a private garden. From summer 2007 there is a heated outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds. Lourdes Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

The reception desk is open till midnight. In case of late arrival please contact the hotel directly for directions to the entrance and instructions for key collection at the front desk.

Take the highway A-64 towards Lourdes then follow directions for Lourdes train station. The hotel is just in front of the station.
