Customer reviews of the Mercure Terminus Nord Hotel Paris
"Great location

"This hotel claims to have undergone a major renovation in 2006. If that
is so they should be demanding their money back as where the money has
been spent is not at all obvious! Our room was O.K. if you ignored the
peeling wallpaper and the very badly and in parts threadbare carpet.
Similarly the hallways of the upstairs floors are in the same condition.
I even checked out some other rooms to ensure that our room wasnt
unusual - it wasnt. This hotel is a three star that thinks it should be
four and in my view it is nowhere near that - they even ran out of
baguettes on the breakfast buffet on two mornings - whoever heard of a
French hotel doing that!
