This hotel is located at the heart of the Technopolis and faces onto the main entrance of the Futuroscope Park and the Congress Palace. It provides easy access to the centre of Poitiers and is an ideal base from which to discover the park's attractions and surroundings. The hotel's vicinity also features various restaurants, bars, pubs and nightspots. It is 5 minutes from the A10 motorway and 15 minutes from Poitiers' train station and Biard Airport.

| How to get there: |
Take the A10 to exit 28. At the roundabout take the second road on the right and continue straight ahead. At the next roundabout take the road opposite, continue straight on and at the last roundabout take the first on the right, drive 200 m to the hotel, which should be on the left.
