This apartment complex is situated in the heights of Toulouse and is just a short walk from Marengo. A bus stop and an underground station are located right outside the hotel. In a radius of around 500 m there are various restaurants, bars, discos, the Canal du Midi and Matabiau Station. The Cité de L'Espace, the Musée les Jacobins, a botanical garden and Place Capitole are all around 1.5 km away. 3 km away, in Gramont, there are also a range of shopping amenities. The airport is approximately 10 km from the apartments.

The apartments, some of which are designated wheelchair-accessible, all come with an en suite bath/ shower. In addition, a double bed, a double sofa bed, a work space, a direct dial telephone, free broadband Internet connection, a satellite TV with Canal+, a radio, a safe, a balcony or terrace and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave and electric oven. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.

Bed and breakfast stays may also be booked. A buffet breakfast is offered to guests in the breakfast room every morning.

From May to September all guests have access to an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols.
