| Built in 1820, this hotel distinguishes itself through its high degree of style and elegance. It comprises a total of 93 stylish rooms set out over four floors. The lobby area offers its guests a 24-hour reception area with a lift and a safe. Guests are able to relax in the garden or on the sun terrace, from where they will be able to enjoy a unique panoramic view. For culinary highpoints, guests are able to choose from two restaurants with non-smoking areas, where international specialities as well as traditional and rustic Austrian dishes are served. The hotel also offers five individual meeting rooms from 36m² to 96m². In addition, the rooms include natural daylight and may be used for conferences, workshops and as main or group rooms. Further amenities include room and laundry services as well as an ironing service, fax and photocopying facilities, public Internet, bicycle rental, a room for ski equipment and a luggage storage room. This hotel enjoys a picturesque location on the outskirts of Germany's leading winter sports town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen on a sunny hill and offers an unforgettable view of the Zugspitze. It is also located close to the train station (Garmisch Partenkirchen) and the motorway. Guests will find plenty of sightseeing attractions less than a kilometre away as well as popular excursions. These include the Linderhof castle, once the favoured residence of King Ludwig II, or the world-famous fairy-tale castle of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. Naturally, there are also excellent slopes for ski and mountain enthusiasts into the neighbouring alpine landscape.
