Customer reviews of the City Plaza Athens Hotel

"Friendly service and handy location" |
|
"The hotel staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite nice with a variety of options to suit every taste. The location was ok - 5 minutes from Victoria underground station, however the view from the window was not very impressive (though we were promised a room with a view of the Acropolis!). The hotel has a nice roof garden, however it was closed during the time of our visit. Our room was nice and clean with dayly room service. The food in the restaurant was nice, but not the one you would write home about. The last day was a complete disappointment: there was no electricity in the hotel for 4 hours and we had to drag out suitcases 8 floors down. In addition the hotel assisstant got confused with the times and booked our taxi one hour earlier then it was needed, so we spent additional hout hanging out at the airport. Overall though it was a pleasant stay."
The best thing about City Plaza Athens was:"Staff attitude"
The worst thing about City Plaza Athens was: "View from the window"
