Heaven on Earth! This hotel is simply superb. And with such a direct link from Athens airport, it is also the height of convenience. Imagine a hotel perched on the sea front, set in lush verdant surrounds and coated with blossom, with a large sea facing pool and a totally relaxed atmosphere to the point of being horizontal! Service is good, the rooms are well appointed and it's the ultimate hotel for that "getaway from it all" break. Kalamaki Beach is also ideal to combine with Athens City hotels for those wishing to mix peace and tranquility with the culture and classics of Vibrant Athens. This is the real Greece as you imagine it to be. Highly recommended.

| Restaurant:- | Traditional Greek restaurant serving up some great food - we know, we've tried it! The restaurant extends out onto the pretty patio / terrace area boasting great views onto the gardens and over to the pool. |
| Families:- | Rooms can accommodate an extra bed for children and there is also a playground set in private grounds. |
| Business facilities:- | None. |
| Disabled facilities:- | Lift access to all floors. There have been no specific modifications for wheelchair access in rooms and public areas. |
| 20 mins walk:- | Tavernas, beach and more beach! Corinth and the famous Corinth canal are also easily reached within 20mins by car or taxi. From the town port (during high season) you are also able to access a selection of the Saronic islands including Spetses and Hydra (well worth doing). |
| Public transport:- | The hotel offers a mini shuttle at appointed times (stated at the reception). This offers a convenient and easy on the pocket option to getting to Corinth town centre. A taxi can also be called from the reception for the short drive to Corinth centre if you should choose to leave the hotel. Our guess is that you won't want to! |
| From the airport:- | Athens airport is just over 1hr away by DIRECT train link from the airport to Corinth centre. The cost of a return ticket is between 10-12 Euros and by far the best option. Trains are regular and operate throughout the day until early evening. From Corinth centre you may then take a taxi which will take no more than 5-10mins and c. 5-7 Euros. A Taxi may also be taken directly from the airport to the hotel, journey time is approximately 35mins c. 48-55 Euros. Return transfers may also be organized from the hotel reception which will also save money on the cost of a regular taxi.. |
| Parking:- | The hotel has free external parking on the hotel grounds. |
| Bar:- | The bar forms part of the lobby / lounge area. It is especially enticing if you happen to be perched on the terrace area with your cocktail absorbing the sunset. |
| Room facilities:- | The bedrooms are clean and well appointed. Having recently undergone some refurbishment the bright rooms all have a sea view given the hotels favorable position. All rooms have a balcony and are furnished with tables and chairs. Almost all rooms have a sea view. |
| Pool:- | The lovely pool offers a large sun deck and direct views of the gardens and the sea. There is also a small children's pool. |
| Reception:- | The reception is manned 24hrs a day. Information, excursions, car hire and currency exchange can all be arranged via the reception.

| Breakfast Room:- | Breakfast is taken in the main restaurant. It is a full buffet style and is both hot and cold. Early bird breakfasts can also be arranged on request through the reception for guests departing on early flights. |
| Lobby:- | The reception is especially striking. Bright and open, it has an uplifting feel and features the lobby, lounge and bar all rolled into one. The hotel also boasts some great quirky antiques including some super pieces of art work. |
| Garden:- | Well maintained gardens offering a superb setting. There is even a lovely typical little church at the end of the garden, an array of flowers and large terrace on which to perch your sun bed! A large chess board is also sited in one part of the garden shaded by the surrounded trees. |
| Directions:- | Fast lane via Attiki-odos, (motorway) Driving direction: Airport to Athens then follow signs to Elefsina and Corinthos .Cross the bridge of the Corinth Canal, stay in the right lane. Take exit B - marked 'EPIDAVROS' and then Continue for 6km. on this road. On the left hand side you will see the Kalamaki Beach Hotel perched on the coast waiting for you. |
