The hotel is situated on Ammes Beach, in the Svoronata province of Cefalonia. The town of Svoronata is a coastal resort almost halfway up the island. Argostoli Town and the capital of Cefalonia is some 9 km away. Numerous restaurants, shopping amenities and entertaining nightlife can be found in the local area.

The deluxe room are split between double, 3-bed and 4-bed rooms, and each comes with either a balcony or terrace, as well as an en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower, hairdryer and makeup mirror, centrally regulated air conditioning, satellite/ cable TV, a direct dial telephone, a safe and a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge. The accommodation is cleaned on a daily basis.
