This complex lies right by Lance Aux Epines beach in St. George's, close to the Calabash Hotel. The surrounding area is full of shops, bars and restaurants, while the airport is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

Each of the spacious apartments and bungalows include a wonderful view of the beach and the Caribbean sea. They feature a lounge as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Most of the bungalows and apartment offer two or more bedrooms and are the ideal location for families. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a mixer and an insulated cool box for the beach. Further amenities includes an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a telephone, a radio, high speed Internet access and an electronic safe in the cupboard of the bedroom (which is large enough for a laptop or a camera).

The grounds feature sun loungers and parasols. Guests also have the opportunity to try out catamaran sailing, canoeing, pedalo hire, rowing, ocean kayaks, Hobie Cat sailing, table tennis and billiards. The sailing boats are only available to experienced sailors. Furthermore, guests have the opportunity to unwind with a massage.

| How to get there: |
On Lance Aux Epines main road guests will pass the Red Crab Restaurant and Choo Light Chinese Restaurant on the right, continue on this road past the turn-off for the Calabash Hotel on the right. Shortly after this, guests will see a small sign on the right for Lance Aux Epines Cottages. If you see a sign on the right for Prickly Bay Marina you have gone a little too far; turn around and go back!
