Description of the Harbour Plaza Metropolis (Kowloon) Hotel
A beautiful hotel with good 4 star rooms but facilities that feel 5 star. Leisure facilities include an extensive gymnasium and a stylish and spacious pool deck on the 9th floor that has stunning views across Victoria Harbour. Guest rooms are contemporary and comfortable but not large with just 25 sq m, all bathrooms are shower only. The hotel is located opposite the Kowloon-Canton Railway (KCR) Station in Hunghom giving you access to China in just 15 minutes, it is also convenient for the Hong Kong Coliseum, Tsim Sha Tsui East, the Duty Free Shoppers Galleria and the Hong Kong Science Museum. The hotel has a great range of dining options but we recommend the views from the hotels Thai restaurant "The Patio".
Restaurant:-
The hotel offers a variety of dining options. The Senzuru Japanese Restaurant is open from 12pm to 3pm & 6pm to 11pm. The Promenade Restaurant is open fro breakfast lunch and dinner serving International cuisine. The Patio is open from 12pm to 3pm & 6.30pm to 11pm serving Thai cuisine. The keng Yat Heen is open from 11am to 11pm (Mon-Sat) and from 10am to 11pm (Sun and Bank Holidays) serving Cantonese cuisine.
Families:-
Hotel has family suites that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Interconnecting rooms, cots and high chairs are available on request. Professional babysitters can be arranged by reception.
Business facilities:-
The hotel has a business centre open from 9am to 6pm and 3 function rooms with a maximum capacity of 120 guests.
Disabled facilities:-
Wheelchair users can access public areas of the hotel, lifts and public toilets. The hotel also has rooms that have bathrooms specifically adapted for disabled clients.
