| This large villa that is home to its owner is built around a large central courtyard and the first floor apartment is in a wing, completely separated and reached by independent outside steps. In the courtyard is a furnished eating out area for guests to the apartment. This is a very peaceful location and the apartment is well furnished. |

This most sought after region in the heart of the Chianti Classico is only 2 km from the famous Chianti wine route. Equi-distant from Florence and Siena each can be reached in less than 1 hour by car. In Greve, where there are shops for every need, is a regular bus service to the centre of the historical centre of Florence. There is hardly a better location from which to explore the heart of Tuscany and the Chianti hill towns and villages and the endless list of restaurants and trattorias as well as sampling the wines of the region in the many wine farms throughout the zone.

They are in the first floor and offer sitting/dining room, kitchen with small cooking hob and fridge, twin/double bedded room and bathroom with WC and double sinks.

The swimming pool complete with a small waterfall from a rock formation is in a delightful situation from where the panorama is over the Chianti hills. The owner and her visitors may also use the swimming pool. Swimming pool opens between May and September (weather permitting).

This property is not suitable for infants or children. Clients need to confirm whether a twin or double bed will be required. A refundable security deposit is payable locally on arrival. Central heating and maid service are chargeable and payable locally. It is essential that the guests telephone to give an estimated arrival time. | How to get there: |
From Milan/Bologna join the A1 Autostrada towards Firenze/Roma. From Pisa Airport follow the Blue sign, direction Firenze. Exit Scandicci and follow the Green motorway signs for Firenze/Roma. Collect a ticket at the toll booth and follow the A1 autostrada direction Roma. From Florence Airport turn Right joining the dual carriageway in the direction Firenze Nord. Join the A1 motorway in the direction of Roma, and then continue with the directions for All Drivers. All Drivers: take the exit for Firenze /Certosa and follow all Blue signs for Greve in Chianti passing through Tavarnuzze and Ferrone and finally Greve in Chianti. Drive through Greve and towards Panzano in Chianti, direction Siena. After come out of Greve will come to a sharp bend (to the left) in the road going up towards Panzano, turn Left signposted Lamole. Continue along this road until come to a bridge (signs for Le Corti, Lamole to the right). Take the left fork. Continue along this road for around 800 m until see a sign to the left for Porciglia Alta. Continue along this lane for around 400 m until arrive at the gates of the property.
