The hotel underwent renovations in 2006 and comprises a total of 30 floors with 231 rooms, of which 5 are wheelchair accessible. This hotel is located in the heart of the city, only around 200 m away from the centre with its numerous shops. From the hotel guests are also within easy reach of the airport, which is around 7 km from the hotel. Public transport as well as the historical Roman/Greek centre lies just a stone's throw from the building, as does the sea, the royal palace, the archaeology museum, bars, taverns, nightclubs, a bus station and a train station (all within around 1 km). Within around 2 km, guests will reach the Capodimonte Museum and a park. In addition, the closest beach is about 5 km away.

On the 16th to 20th floors, guests will find the classic rooms, on the 21st to the 25th floor there are deluxe rooms and the executive rooms are on the 30th floor. Superior and deluxe rooms offer a stunning view of one of the most famous coastlines in the world and some include views from Mount Vesuvius to Posillipo mountain. Connecting Maschio mountain to the Spanish quarter as well as from Capri island to Cape Posillipo. All the rooms are all equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, and a radio. In addition, a minibar, a double bed and a hire safe are also included as standard. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.
