At Ferro di Cavallo exit follow the road signs to Colle della Trinità. Coming from the South, drive along the A1 Motorway and leave it at Orte exit. Follow Perugia direction until Ferro di Cavallo exit. Then follow the road signs to Colle della Trinità.
