| This 2-storey hotel was newly opened in 2001 and comprises a total of 101 rooms of which 5 are suites. Guests have access to a wonderful garden terrace and facilities include a stylish foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a safe and a currency exchange facility in addition to a fabulous range of gastronomic offerings including a café, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. During the summer months further facilities include a newspaper stand and an in-house nightclub. Business guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities. A laundry service, medical assistance and bicycle hire and storage services are available (fees apply) and younger guests may let off steam in the playground as well as participate in kids' club activities in the peak season. Those arriving by car may make use of the onsite car park. |

Enjoying a peaceful location surrounded by pine trees, this hotel lies just 400 m from the sea. A selection of restaurants, lively bars and nightclubs are to be found just a short distance away and the centre of Arborea with its many shopping and entertainment venues as well as links to the public transport network are about 4 km from the hotel and may easily be reached on foot in just 30 minutes. Transfer to Cagliari airport, which lies approximately 90 km away, takes roughly 50 minutes and Alghero and Olbia airports are 130 km and 180 km from the hotel respectively.

The airy, stylish rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a king-sized or a double bed, a balcony or terrace offering fantastic views out over the surrounding area. A direct dial telephone, satellite TV, centrally controlled air conditioning and heating, a hire safe and a fridge/ minibar are also on offer in each room.

All meals are available in a buffet form; special dietary requirements and individual-specific dishes can be catered for. It is possible to book simple bed and breakfast, a half-board or a full-board stay. Drinks are inclusive.

There is a swimming pool with a children's pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers laid out ready for use in the outdoor complex. Guests may also make use of the indoor pool and the Jacuzzi and a variety of sports may be tried out on payment of an additional fee including billiards, tennis, table tennis and volleyball. There is a massage service and spa treatments available to guests and it is possible to participate in the aerobics sessions as well as to take a horse riding course. Various water sports are on offer on the beach including water skiing, motor boating, sailing, pedalo hire, canoeing and windsurfing (local companies; fees apply). Guests both young and old may participate in the seasonal daytime and evenings entertainment programme. The nearest golf course is 32 km away and the resort is ideally located for those wishing to go horse riding or to go on a cycle tour.
