"Fantastic hotel, great views, very stylish

"Our receptionist on arrival wasn't that friendly but we had an amazing
room with a fantastic bathroom with a bath which seems rare in Italian
hotels. We had fab views of Siena and were close to all the shops and
museums and the Duomo.
