5 room residence on a quiet street in the centre of Venice, close to St. Marks Square. Venetian style decor with modernised comfort, intimate surroundings. Ground floor breakfast room but no other public facilities. Check-in is at the mother property Locanda Al Leon and guests will then be accompanied to the Dipendenza, a brief walk away. Guests have their own keys to come and go as they please. No reception at Dipendenza, so all client contact is direct with Locanda Al Leon.

From the airport:-	Take the Venice Airport bus from just outside the terminal for the 3 minute transfer to the boarding point for all boats to the mainland, then take public boat to St Mark's Square (1hr ), 10 Euros. Or private water taxi to St Mark's (30 mins), c.80 Euros. Bus to Piazzale Roma (20 mins), 2.70 Euros, then Vaporetto to St Mark's, 3.10 Euros.
