Situated a few paces from St Mark's Square in a delightfully typical Venetian street. Rooms have had a recent facelift and are more than comfortable with good facilities, hence our 3 star rating for what is officially a 2 star hotel. Breakfast room beside reception.

From the airport:-	Take the Venice Airport bus from just outside the terminal for the 3 minute transfer to the boarding point for all boats to the mainland, then take public boat (hourly) to St Mark's Square (1hr ), 10 Euros & short walk. Private water taxi to St Mark's (30 mins), c.80 Euros. Bus to Piazzale Roma (20 mins), 2.70 Euros then Vaporetto to St Mark's & short walk.
