| The hotel comprises a total of 110 rooms, of which 36 are in Pineapple House, newly renovated and with views out over the Caribbean. The 27 villas, 23 of which have a swimming pool, are spread over the hillsides, offering altogether 74 suites, and are arranged in a variety of ways. There are villas with 2, 3, 4, and 5 suites, all with their own living rooms and/ or veranda with superb views. Guests may also rent a villa privately, complete with its own pool, or share a communal pool with other suites in a villa. The lobby area features a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, and a currency exchange facility. In addition to a restaurant, guests may take advantage of the bar, the hairdressing service, and the TV lounge. It is possible to make use of the room and laundry services and the public Internet connection, while younger visitors may like to let off steam in the kid's club. Parking facilities are also available. |

This resort is located beside the beach in Round Hill, to the east of Montego Bay. The private villas dotted on the hillside are surrounded by 30 hectares of tropical gardens. From the peninsula, it is about a 25-minute drive (about 12 km) to the centre of Montego Bay and Sangster International Airport.

All accommodation units come with double or king-size beds, a hire safe, an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and either a balcony or terrace. Further fittings provided as standard include a radio, a direct dial telephone, and individually adjustable air conditioning.
