| The hotel has five terracotta-roofed buildings, housing a total of 174 studios and suites with one or two bedrooms each. Each of the buildings has its own courtyard with a gallery and tropical plants. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, and a currency exchange facility, in addition to a small supermarket, a hairdresser, a café, a bar, and a pub. It is also possible to make use of the conference facilities. This hotel is located in the heart of Ocho Rios, only around 2 minutes from Turtle Beach. Shops, entertainment venues, restaurants, and nightlife venues are all located in the immediate vicinity. guests will reach the Hard Rock Café by public transport in about 2 minutes, and both Margaritaville and the Dunn's River Falls in approximately 5 minutes. It is about one and a half hours to Montego Bay airport.

The studios sleep a maximum of two, and come with a large bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a dining area, a kitchenette, an en suite bathroom, and either a balcony or terrace. The suites with one bedroom can house a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children. They come with a separate bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, an adjacent living/ dining room, a kitchen, an en suite bathroom, and either a balcony or terrace. The suites with two bedrooms offer sleeping accommodation for a maximum of five adults or three adults and three children, and are fitted similarly to the suites with one bedroom, but additionally offer a second bedroom and bathroom. A direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and air conditioning are provided in all accommodation units as standard.

Guest may serve themselves not only a continental breakfast, but also lunch and a evening meal from the buffet. In the evenings guests may dine à la carte or chose from the set menu. Special dietary requirements may be catered for. Guests may book either a bed & breakfast or an all inclusive stay.
