The beach hotel has a total of 260 rooms. The lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, two safes and a currency exchange counter. In addition, the hotel offers two cafés, a hairdressing salon and various shops such as a jewellery shop and a souvenir shop. Additionally the complex features two bars, a nightclub, a dining room and a TV room. Further facilities include 2 à la carte restaurants, a conference room and public Internet access (two terminals). The hotel's room and laundry service, as well as a doctor on call, complete the services on offer. For younger guests there is a playground.

This hotel lies on the famous 1 kilometre-long and 200 metre-wide paradisiacal island of Boduberu. It is located on the eastern edge of the North Malé atoll. Guests here are able to enjoy the dreamlike landscape consisting of tropical plants, palm trees, a light coral beach and a beautiful lagoon. The local reef lies about 300 m away, whilst the outer reef is 10 minutes away by the dhoni. The airport is just 20 minutes away by motorboat.

The rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer, shower and bath. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a radio. Guests will also find a double bed, a fan and individually regulated air conditioning in the rooms. A hire safe, a minibar and a terrace also feature within the accommodation.
