The hotel lies within a short distance of all the important squares and the centre of Acapulco. The hotel lies only approximately 40 minutes from the airport and neighbours the tourist areas of La Roqueta and La Quebrada.

The colourful rooms each come with views of the sea, the city or the mountains. The rooms also each come with two double beds or one king-size bed. Air conditioning, satellite/ cable TV, a dining room, an iron and ironing board, a bathroom/shower, a smoke detector and a direct dial telephone additionally feature within each room. Moreover, a kitchenette with a small fridge and coffee making facilities are also to be found within the rooms, as is Internet access, a hire safe and an extra bed.

Aerobics sessions, volleyball, football and basketball are all options, and in the water sports centre diving, water skiing, jet skiing and motor boating may all be enjoyed. There is also a nighttime entertainment show and every Saturday various bands feature. In addition, the complex offers easy access to La Quebrada, the island of La Rocqueta and the famous Virgen Bajo el Mar (Virgin in the Sea).
