| The hotel comprises an 11-storey main building and a 15-storey annex with a total of 240 rooms, including 2 wheelchair-accessible rooms. The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and four lifts. The hotel also features a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a conference room, an Internet connection, 2 bars, a dining room, and two restaurants. The non-smoking à la carte restaurant La Cava is decorated in a cosy, Mediterranean style and is open from 6.30 pm until 10 pm. Reservations can be made with the concierge. Younger guests can let off steam in the kids club. Laundry services are available, as well as a doctor on call. Parking spaces are available in the car park and the garage. |

This beach hotel is located in the Golden Zone in Acapulco, on the Playa Hornos and the Costera Miguel Aleman main street. Taxis and buses can be found directly in front of the hotel. An amusement park, a large shopping centre, and markets selling Mexican arts and crafts are located in the vicinity. The hotel has a great location and the convention centre in Acapulco is some 10 minutes by car, while the airport is around a 25-minute drive. Other places of interest in Acapulco are also only around 10 to 15 minutes? drive away. Nightclubs and shops are some 10 m from the hotel, restaurants about 100 m, and bars approximately 200 m.

There is also a gym where guests can work out. An activity programme is organised to provide additional entertainment. Acapulco golf course is some 400 m from the complex.
