The Barceló Cuernavaca Ejecutivo is a small city hotel, located in the center of Cuernavaca, the capital city of the Morelos State, and south of the Mexican capital.

The name of Cuernavaca is dervied from Nahuatl, the language of the Nahua tribes who lived in the area before the arrival of Hernán Cortés. It comes from the word "Cuauhnáhuac", meaning "among groves".
