| This all-inclusive beach hotel offers a total of 147 standard rooms spread over twelve 3-story villa style buildings. The family friendly establishment offers a main restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are offered. Further facilities offered include a reception with 24-hour check-in/out service, hotel safe, currency exchange service, bar, disco, theatre, conference facilities, Internet access, laundry service, bicycle hire, car park and a playground. |

The hotel is located in Puerto de Telchac, on the coast of the Yucatán Peninsula in a developed harbour town in southeast Mexico. It is surrounded by various important cultural, commercial and tourist places of interest, as well as Mayan architectural sites such as the Chichen Itza and the Uxmal. It is just a 10-minute journey on public transport to the beach.

Each of the rooms comes with individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV and a private terrace. They provide 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds and an en suite bathroom. Further amenities include a direct dial telephone and a safe. It is also possible to book disability friendly rooms.

The hotel has a theatre which provides nightly entertainment followed by a disco. There is also a snack bar next to the swimming pool (3 pools in total), as well as a kids' club which provides a children's pool and various different games which the entertainers organise. Guests can enjoy the tennis court, sun terrace and recreation areas and there are various activities such as aqua aerobics, beach volleyball and various board games offered. Massage treatments are available for a fee and there is also a gym. The nearest golf course is 45 minutes away on public transport (fees apply).
