Offering a spectacular oceanfront location, this resort faces a long, sandy, swimmable beach in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta, with panoramic Banderas Bay views. Water-sports equipment, three restaurants, family activities, nightly family-oriented live shows and a childrens club are among amenities included in room rates. Guest rooms and suites in a white, four-story Spanish Colonial-style building with yellow trim and red-tile roofs feature gray-marble floors and bathrooms.
The majority of amenities, activities and gratuities at this resort are included in the room rate; guests will not be charged extra for on-site meals, drinks, activities, entertainment and use of non-motorized water-sports equipment. This intimate resort attracts families as well as couples who return annually for the casual, friendly ambience. Measuring approximately 55 by 55 meters (60 by 60 yds), three connected freeform pools include one for toddlers, one for children, and one for families. Swimming is available off the resort's 100-meter (109-yd) section of the mile-long beach extending along Banderas Bay's north shore. Thatched-roof palapas provide shade and lounge chairs sunbathing comfort. The resort supplies boogie boards and kayaks.
An air-conditioned fitness center contains cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. A sky lighted games plaza features pool tables and coin-operated foosball tables. The Samba Vallarta has an air-conditioned room that contains a computer with dial-up Internet access (surcharge). Massage is available for surcharges in a twin-bedded room suitable for couples. On request, an independent beauty operator comes to the resort (surcharges for services). Hair braiding is available from vendors selling goods and services under a thatched-roof beach palapa.
