| The hotel is situated in the main building of a 17th century manor. It is an example of elegant architecture, and takes pride in offering the best service in Bajio. The restaurant \"\"Aranjuez\"\" forms part of the resort, and offers national and international cuisine. The \"\"Scarlatti\"\" bar features a large screen and contemporary live music. In addition, the complex includes Butcher Maverick's house, a kids' club, conference facilities and a chapel. Further facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange counter, a café, a kiosk, a hairdresser, an auditorium, a TV lounge and a playground. Laundry and room service is also available, as is a garage for those arriving by car. |

This hotel is situated directly in the northern part of the town of Querétaro. The technical and architectural design are testament to Querétano's charismatic image, and continue to impress even today. The resort is surrounded by bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and is not far from the commercial areas Benito Juárez and Querétaro, and from the industrial zone of Jurica. It is only a 5-minute drive to the city centre of Querétaro and to the Plaza Nautica. The town of San Miguel de Allende is around 50 minutes away by car. Mexico Town is 2 km from the hotel.

The hotel comprises a total of 169 rooms, of which 3 are suites, 1 is a presidential suite, and 2 are disability-friendly rooms. All spacious rooms are decorated in a modern Mexican style and have a view over either the pool or the garden in the courtyard. The rooms are also fitted with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a minibar and a coffee machine. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with a double or king-size bed, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

Breakfast is offered to guests every morning. Guests may select their breakfast and lunch from a buffet. Lunch and dinner may additionally be taken as a set menu or à la carte.
