The hotel is located on the famous boulevard, next to the beach (about 200 m away) and the main activities of the city of Casablanca. Ain Diab is just 200 m away, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found less than 400 m from the hotel and the Hassan II. Mosque is 1 km away. It is approximately 1.5 km to the old town and Rabat lies some 95 km away.

The cosy rooms feature all the necessary facilities to ensure calm and serenity for guests of all nationalities. Each comes with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a double/ king-sized bed, individually controllable air conditioning and heating, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

Guests may select their breakfast and lunch from ample buffets; lunch may alternatively be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu whilst the evening meal may also be selected from a menu. It is possible to book a half-board, full-board or bed and breakfast only stay.

There is a swimming pool with a snack bar to make use of in the outdoor complex around which sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use (also available on the local sandy beach).
