The air-conditioned city hotel connects tradition with the modern and features a garden and terrace as well as 5 floors and a total of 195 rooms, of which 5 are junior suites, 5 are suites and 4 are apartments. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and lift. Further amenities include a café, a newspaper kiosk, a hairdresser, bars, a TV room, restaurants and public Internet access. Room and laundry services may also be taken advantage of. A car park may also be used by guests arriving by car. Younger guests are offered an adventure playground.

This hotel is located within walking distance of Djemaa el Fna Square, Koutoubia Mosque, the wonderful Agdal gardens, the royal Menara and the congress palace. The centre is located around 3 km from the hotel, Essauira is around 170 km away.

The rooms all come with air conditioning and heating, which are individually regulated. Standard fittings include an en suite bathroom with a separate toilet, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, 2 double beds (each 1.4 wide) and a balcony. It is also possible to book a room with a connecting door and a hire safe. Families of 3 are offered 2 connecting rooms with 3 large single beds and an entrance; for families with 4 persons, it is possible to book 3 connecting rooms with 4 large single beds an entrance.

Guest may serve themselves not only a continental breakfast, but also lunch and a evening meal from the buffet. Midday and evening meals may also be chosen from the à la carte menu. Guests may book either a bed & breakfast, half board, full board, or all-inclusive stay. Baby food is also available on request.

In order to make the stay as comfortable as possible, guests are offered a a swimming pool with a children?s area in the grounds as well as a poolside snack bar and sun loungers. "Twenty minutes walk to Medina. Friendly helpful staff. Check taxi prices
with staff before agreeing with them outside hotel. Take lunch instead
of dinner sometimes, the food is the same anyway. Then go down to the
Red house for dinner. Beautiful building with authentic music and belly
dancer. We enjoyed our stay.
