"The low cost shows, but the location is fantastic

"The staff were surly, the room was gloomy, the air con got turned off
every couple of hours unless you went out and asked for it to be on, and
the evening food was mediocre at best. Breakfast was smashing and the
location was ideal, about two minutes' walk from Jma El Fana
"
The best thing about Riad Omar was:"Breakfast
"
The worst thing about Riad Omar was: "Mardy stuff

"A charming riad well placed in the Medina close to Jemaa El Fna

"Marrakech was our first entry point (myself and a uni mate) to Morocco
and this Riad remained a favourite throughout a 2 week trip around
Morocco. One of the staff at the front desk, Saeed, was very friendly
and helpful...which was much appreciated after a bewildering drive from
the airport into the Medina. We stayed in one of the ground floor suites
which are nicely decorated to give an authentic air to the place. The
rooms are neat and clean and the hot water was reliable. It has great
terrace where breakfast is served. It is a bit more pricey than some
other alternatives but still within range of the budget traveller.
"
The best thing about Riad Omar was:"The decor and Saeed
"
The worst thing about Riad Omar was: "The shower had a slight drainage problem but this was minor
