21st century. Television not working. If this is a modern hotel even a 3
star rated one the problems mentioned should not occur.

"We've stayed at this hotel 3 times its a bit run down but its clean and
cheap and real handy for the old medina the souks and the square.its got
air con right through the staff are very pleasant and most speak good
english..theres a supermarket next door..if we go back next year we will
book it again..the foods good.the pool is very small but for us it
was'nt a problem ..the jardin marjorelle is only a 10 minute walk
away...i would really recomend a visit there..

"Dirty Horrid location out side busiest bus station. Hurrendous noise
from buses from 4am onwards!

"This hotel was definetely an experience! If you ask for some help at
reception you may or may get a response to your simple request 10 hours
or so later - this is with no exaggeration whatsoever. The staff are
surprisingly unhelpful. Not every room in the hotel has a phone so if
you do need help you may have to go down to reception in person to get
help. It wasnt uncomfortable, if the service had been better the
experience would not have been so bad. The pool was a total let down.
The water was not always hot to have a shower! The nathroom door was
broken so would not shut! I have learnt my lesson - next time I will pay
the extra to go to a 4 star.

"The hotel is perfect for its location. It is bang right in the middle of
the old town and the new town. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The
room itself above basic - average room size with clean sheets, towels
and bathroom. Hotel water is superb. To be honest this is probably all
we need as we were hardly in our room.

"Below the standards service, altough in a great location

"Altough located in an excellent area, very close to the medina, our
experience at this hotel was pretty awful. As we arrive in our room, the
toilet smelled like old urine. The floor had not been moped properly,
urine was all over the bathroom, and even on the hallway to the room! A
lady came after we complained, and she cleaned the toilet and floor.
Next day, at around 8am cleaning staff entered the room without knocking
on the door. We were still asleep on our beds! What kind of service was
that? Luckily, my partner was more agile than me, and runned on time to
stop her from coming into the room and see us in our pijamas! Then,
about 45 mins later, the same thing happened, as we were finishing our
shower! All in all, a very disapointing experience!
