This 8-storey, air-conditioned club resort has a total of 206 rooms, including 8 junior suites, 96 superior rooms, 78 deluxe rooms, 18 corner deluxe rooms, 5 executive suites and the luxurious Mandalar suite. The wonderful Myanmar style garden is a perfect place to relax. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a lift access. There is additionally an auditorium, a shop and a conference room available. The Kiplings lobby lounge is based on the concept of a English Gentleman's club. The Gem Club, a music club offering evening entertainment, as well as the Yadanabon café restaurant (175 seats) with a terrace affording views of the gardens and Mandalay Hill, Ming's Chinese restaurant (155 seats) on the first floor and with a modern design as well as 3 well-equipped private rooms also feature. The Kinsana Garden and theatre restaurant (seasonal and with 120 seats) may also be enjoyed here. Dining facilities, including 'Yadanabon Café' Restaurant, seating capacity of 175, stylishly designed with an open-air terrace overlooking the garden and Mandalay Hill.
