| Eastern hospitality meets with western luxury at this up market hotel. The magnificent teak-pillared lobby offers the fresh beauty of nature, the freedom of open spaces and the elegance of indigenous handicrafts. This hotel offers a total of 64 rooms, including 40 luxurious bungalows and 24 rooms with romantic garden views. The complex is beautifully located and all the luxury rooms reflect the standards of this class of beach accommodation. Amongst the air-conditioned hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, garden and terrace. The neighbouring building comprises 2 floors. Further facilities here include a café, a souvenir shop, a bar and a hairdressing salon. Additional facilities include a dining room and a restaurant. It is possible to take advantage of the room and laundry services (charges apply), the caring babysitting service, a launderette as well as medical services. Use of a car park is also available as well as the bicycle rental service, bicycle storage room and a children's playground. |

Conveniently located for transport, this resort is one of the newest and most spectacular resorts in Myanmar. The holiday resort offers a view of the 14.5 kilometre-long, pristine, white sand beach, which lies in direct contrast to the crystal-clear blue sea. The excursion destination of Elephant Camp, 15 km away, and the picnic trip to Sinma Fishermen's Village are especially noteworthy.

The natural and fresh rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a king-size bed, and either a balcony or terrace. In addition, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a hire safe and a minibar are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. The air conditioning can be individually adjusted.

The hotel kitchen cooks up excellent fish dishes and also offers the well-known beach barbecue.

The hotel grounds feature an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool. The outdoor complex is very inviting and includes a poolside bar and parasols. Guests are also able to enjoy a traditional Myanmar massage and relaxing spa offers (for an additional fee). During the evenings, time may also be spent at the pool or beach bar. Sporting activities include beach volleyball and the option of 1-day diving trips. Guests at the club resort may also enjoy the evening entertainment shows.

Guests are advised to book seats on the bus service from Yangon Hotel to the club resort. Air Bagnan passengers are also able to use the airport shuttle service.

| How to get there: |
Pathein airport may be reached with Air Bagan in about an hour. The resort lies 225 km to the south of Yangon and is a holiday paradise with sun, sand and sea.
