"Good value motel in a good location

"Very good for a place to come and go from, for this wonderful area of
South Island New Zealand. Staff were hospitable, efficient and polite.
Accommodation adequate and facilities appeared good, although we did not
have time to use them. More with the sister hotel, which has a view over
the lake, this one did not. However, very conveniently placed for
restaurants, shops and tourist offices, for booking the trips! Thank you
"
