As a new century creeps up, way back in 1899 our family settled in Puno coming from Italy. Their one goal was to give hospitality to all those that passed through Puno: farmers, miners, wool traders or other immigrants coming from Europe. It was the beginning of our long and fantastic "novel" that after four generations always with the same spirit, day after day, without ever closing, has guided us into this new millennium.
Many years have passed by but you will always find the same quality, comfort and welcoming that only a family can give you. While waiting for your visit we would like you to try how it feels "to be at home... far from home"
We are located in the city centre, in front of the railway station, half-way between the "Lake Titikaka and the "Plaza de Armas.
All rooms have WC, shower, 24 hours hot water, heating, room-phone, Cable TV and room service.
The family takes care of the cuisine personally, offering Italian and international specialties. In our restaurant, by choosing the "BUFFET ANDINO" (must be booked in advance), you will be able to taste the delicatessen of the local cuisine that offers a variety of cereals and meat like alpaca, chocca, cuy and other typical products as quinua, cañihuaco, chuño, tunta and others. Music and typical traditional dances will accompany you during the Buffet Andino. Our greatest desire is that these moments will be unforgettable.
Services include 24 hour reception, tourist information security boxes, direct line national and international, fax, room service, laundry, garage, bar, cafeteria and restaurant, packed lunch, credit cards.
