Then the Atismar is the perfect combination of good price, key location and service with a smile. Just 50m away from Quarteira's sandy beach, the Atismar Hotel is a great all round choice. Completely renovated only recently, and popular amongst returning guests, the facilities within the hotel are various and plentiful whilst maintaining a modest charm. Its close proximity to the airport also makes this a great short break option offering quick and easy access.

| Restaurant:- | The restaurant offers a good range of buffet / a la carte cuisine with a range of local and international dishes on a half board basis. Dinner is served between 7pm and 9.30pm. |
| Families:- | Rooms can accommodate a third bed and baby cots can be arranged. |
| Business facilities:- | There is a small conference room holding up to sixty persons. |
| Disabled facilities:- | There are no facilities for disabled travelers. |
| 20 mins walk:- | Beach, shops, restaurants, bars and all the usual resort facilities. |
| Public transport:- | The closest bus stop is just 250m away and offers travel to areas of Quarteira and also merging enclaves. |
| From the airport:- | A taxi direct to / from the airport can be a quick and efficient option with a journey time of just 20mins c. 25.00 euros. |
| Parking:- | There are a limited number of parking spaces for persons wishing to hire a car. This is at no charge. |
| Bar:- | The popular bar is open throughout the day until late! The bar also serves snacks. |
| Room facilities:- | Simple, clean and often spacious, the rooms offer direct dial telephone, satellite TV, air-conditioning and balcony. |
| Pool:- | There is an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with sun beds and shade for topping up that all important tan. |
| Reception:- | The reception is manned 24hours and offers full exchange facilities. There is also an internet corner that offers email and internet access for a local charge. |
| Breakfast Room:- | The breakfast is a buffet style offered between 8am - 10am. |
| Directions:- | On exiting Faro airport, please follow signs for the Algarve heading towards Portimao and Albufeira along the main N125. Then exit at the junction "Quarteira" marked N396. |

"Good value in an excellent location" |

"If you are looking for a budget hotel in an excellent location we would
recommend the Atismar. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, it is clean
and comfortable. Limited choice of food, at breakfast and dinner but
what we received, we enjoyed and the dinner was hot. Because you are not
paying a fortune to stay here, for a change at dinner you may fancy
trying one or two of the many excellent restaurants to be found within
easy walking distance of the hotel. Quarteria itself is a lovely flat
resort with an excellent beach and also within easy reach of Villamora.
We would most certainly recommend the resort and the hotel"

The worst thing about Atismar (Quarteira) was: "Only a small pool and very limited seating area around it"
