| This beach and city hotel was built in 1972 and renovated in 2004. It consists of a total of 93 rooms over 3 floors, of which 89 are doubles and 4 are suites The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a conference room, a supermarket, a cloakroom, a hire safe and lifts. Dining options include an inviting café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Guests have the opportunity to take advantage of the Internet terminal, bicycle rental as well as the room and laundry service. Guests arriving by car are offered a car park or a garage (additional fees apply). |

This hotel is located in the tourist area of Albufereta, only minutes away from the beach and the centre. There are several shopping and entertainment venues located in the area surrounding the hotel, with shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife. The nearest public transport links are just a stone's throw from the hotel. The transfer times to Alicante and Murcia airports take between 25 and 45 minutes, respectively.

The cosily furnished rooms all have en suite bathroom or shower room facilities with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, Internet access and satellite/ cable TV. Moreover the rooms are fitted with a safe and individually regulated air conditioning/ central heating as standard.

On the beach there are sun loungers as well as parasols for an added charge. There is also the opportunity to play tennis, table tennis or beach volleyball. Water sports opportunities are offered on San Juan Beach, which is 3 km away. There is also a golf course approximately 3 km away.

"Enjoyable stay happy to recommend the hotel" |

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning welcome, even in
October. Balcony was an added bonus although view from floor 1
was
not brilliant. Staff were friendly and very
helpful.
Breakfast provided a good selection of buffet food,
varied and plentiful. "
